I hired Custom Craft last month to take care of a cat urine issue in my basement. I went from having a basement that smelled like cat urine to a pristine looking and odor-free basement. The staff is knows the business well, uses the appropriate protective gear, and explains exactly what they are doing to fix the problem. They also do a great job at cleaning up when they are done. Excellent service and reasonable fees!

Who do you call after the firefighters load up their trucks and leave and the smoke clears? After getting several competitive estimates for repairs & smoke damage clean up, I’m so thankful that I chose to work with Custom Craft Environmental. It was a huge job and Rich and his crew were absolutely professional, prompt, helpful, and thorough…not to mention friendly…everything you want and need after you’ve been traumatized by a house fire. Rich made helpful suggestions along the way, he was flexible and willing to work with me on a few side jobs, so that my final results are fantastic. The owner contacted us every day or every other day to make sure everything was being taken care ofThe crew at Custom Craft was very thorough and thoughtful as they cleaned up. Rich is excellent to deal with. The project that he helped me on was very large and complicated, and Rich was very helpfull in testing and explaining everything that needed to be done. When it came time to doing the work Rich was there when he said he would be and he did what he said he wwas going to do. Never once did he come back to ask for more money or change the scope of work.
