I hired Custom Craft last month to take care of a cat urine issue in my basement. I went from having a basement that smelled like cat urine to a pristine looking and odor-free basement. The staff is knows the business well, uses the appropriate protective gear, and explains exactly what they are doing to fix the problem. They also do a great job at cleaning up when they are done. Excellent service and reasonable fees!

Rich is excellent to deal with. The project that he helped me on was very large and complicated, and Rich was very helpfull in testing and explaining everything that needed to be done.
